Accessing or using the DDKK platform (https://ddkk.im) means you have fully read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

DDKK is an online betting and gaming platform built for Bangladeshi sports fans. The platform offers Sports Betting, live betting, and a range of other gaming services. Transparency, security, and responsible gaming are at the core of everything we do.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and DDKK. By registering on the platform, you are voluntarily entering into this agreement.

Age Restriction

• Any account identified as belonging to a minor will be immediately closed and all associated transactions will be voided.

One Account Policy

Each person may only register one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same identity, device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time. If any of your details change, notify DDKK immediately.

Account Security

• Keep your password confidential and never share it with anyone.
• You may not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact us immediately.
• We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication to keep your account secure.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on DDKK:

• All transactions must be made from an account registered in your own name.

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits are usually credited instantly. If there is any delay, please contact our support team.

Withdrawal Rules

• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before processing a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The relevant wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.

Third-Party Transactions Prohibited

Transferring funds from another person's account into your DDKK account, or sending funds from your account to someone else's payment account, is strictly prohibited. Any such transaction detected will result in the account being closed along with forfeiture of the deposited funds.

Always keep the following rules in mind when betting on DDKK:

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.
• If a match or event is cancelled, DDKK reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
• DDKK may void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

Odds Changes

The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final and will not be affected by any subsequent changes. However, if the odds change before confirmation, the updated odds will apply.

Live Betting

• In live betting, odds change in real time.
• Bets in progress will remain valid if a disconnection occurs.
• Official scores are used to determine match results.

Betting Limits

DDKK sets minimum and maximum bet limits for each event, market, and account. These limits are subject to change at any time.

DDKK offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Before claiming any bonus, make sure you're familiar with the general terms below:

Wagering Requirements

• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements — typically between 10x and 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe, the bonus will be forfeited.

Bonus Abuse

DDKK actively monitors for bonus abuse. Any attempt to collect bonuses through multiple accounts, bonus arbitrage, or other exploitation of the bonus system will result in account termination.

Bonus Validity

• Welcome Bonus: must be used within 7 days of registration.
• Reload Bonus: Time limits apply as specified in the offer.
• Free Bet: Must be used within 24–48 hours of issue or it will expire.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on DDKK:

• Opening an account with false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Using another person's identity or submitting forged documents.
• Hacking, phishing, or any other form of cyberattack.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illicit funds.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

DDKK reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of terms and conditions.
• When suspicious or unusual transactions are detected.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• When required by legal directive or a request from the relevant authorities.

To close your account, email support@ddkk.im. Please withdraw any remaining balance before requesting closure.

If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome or transaction, please follow the steps below:

3. The DDKK support team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
4. Complex matters will be resolved within a maximum of 14 business days.

DDKK's decision shall be considered final. In dispute resolution, DDKK's data and log records will serve as evidence.

DDKK reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Before any changes take effect, we will:
